Raya Time is the time-tracking app Moss Utilities field employees use to record their work hours. It is provided by Moss Utilities to its own employees; accounts are issued by the company and there is no public sign-up. This page is how to get help with it.
Getting an account
Accounts are created by the Moss Utilities office. If you are a Moss Utilities employee and cannot sign in, or you are new and have not been set up yet, contact the office using the details below.
Trouble signing in
Sign in to the app with your Moss Utilities work account. If sign-in fails, check these first:
- You are using your @mossutilities.com work account, not a personal one.
- Your device has a working data or Wi-Fi connection.
- You are running the current version of the app. If the app asks you to update, update before signing in again.
A time record looks wrong
Missed or incorrect time can be corrected in the app, and corrections go to your foreman and the office for review. If a record still looks wrong after that, contact the office — corrections follow the normal payroll review process, and the office can fix records you cannot.
Camera and location
The app asks for the camera to take the verification photo required at clock in and clock out, and for location when you clock in to a job or switch jobs, to record whether the device was near the job site. A missing or off-site location is flagged for the office but never blocks your time record. You can change these permissions any time in the iOS Settings app.
